Warning Tones is the first of several works using environmental recordings to explore ideas of time and place.

 In "Warning Tones" the conversations and interviews relate to natural disasters and events that have happened in a number of different places and attempts to reframe them as a commentary on a single event, stripping away the event itself and focusing on the human reaction to any given disaster.
