Maria is a trans woman, uni student, a volunteer with Wendybird, and she’s been in the driving seat this week; Not only has she picked all the music - she’s given us reviews of awesome books by trans writers, tells us about Wendybird’s upcoming event this Saturday, and she’s also lined up a reading of an essay by local activist Anabelle O, titled “All My Superheros are Crip”.

When Laurelle won tickets to the AWMAs a few weeks ago during an on-air prize giveaway, she was stoked! Closer to the event, though, it turned out she couldn't make it - so she very kindly got back in touch with the station, and offered it up to another subscriber to enjoy.
