*Joined in the studio by guest Tank, we celebrated 4ZZZ being 'Fiercely Independent' by dedicating the first part of the show to Rollo, who encapsulated that spirit and had a strong connection to the station and many parallels with it too; played a number of live-to-air performances Rollo did in 2002 and 2015, along with one of his favourite Blowhard tunes he loved to perform, along with a favourite song, outside of his own music.
*In the second part we selected a number of songs from 2 of the compilation albums 4ZZZ released in 2000 and 2010 to coincide with their 25th and 35th anniversaries.

I opened and closed this episode with songs from First Nation's musicians; the opening tune is a commissioned song, in the language of the Gadigal people and was performed as the Welcome to Country for the Opening Ceremony of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. And the lyrics in the closing track explicitly contrasts Indigenous spiritual connections to the land—viewing the earth as a "sacred church"

This week's main theme of Kaleidoscope is a critique of Power, Wealth and Greed; especially focused on those in those in prominent positions, who have psychopathic traits. Amongst the tunes is commentary from John Lennon, Tom Walker, Sheldon Cooper, George Carlin concluding with a legendary monologue from Bill Hicks. Also there there's a short segment from ABC's Media Watch and one from the 1987 film Wall Street.
